With this new moon, you’ve got all of the energy supporting you right now to own your courage, your independence, focus, and your ability to assert yourself. This is the time for new beginnings and to learn how to direct your potent energy for long-term change. You’ve got this babe.

We start with soft movement and energy work to help you ground, get back into you, and connect to your subtle body. Then we drop into a deeper theta state to connect to your wise self and inner guide and know your true needs, desires, and vision.

Afterward, we move into a more formal ceremony where we write out our matrix of where we’re going and cast these out to Source and Stars. 

This is the time for you to live now as YOU, not as past circumstances, conditioning, or pain. Not according to fear or caution. To live according to your own true inner love that’s unique to you and live authentically as you. Remember your power as the Creator: You have the power to create the life that gives you the most satisfaction, pleasure, abundance, and inspiration. It’s time to remember this and own who you are.
