It’s time to get your somatic, mental, and emotional sides in shape in this one-week intensive boot camp to help you live a happier, healthier, and more stable life
In this intensive 5-day boot camp you’ll learn skills to help you better cope with your day-to-day. We’ll start with somatic practices that will help ground and stabilize your nervous system so that you feel physically up to the challenges confronting you when dealing with certain situations or making important decisions. Next, we’ll look at defining the all-important boundaries in your personal, professional, and family lives so that you can carve out a space of your own where you can thrive. Lastly, foster more creativity in your life by learning how to easily drop into your own flow, rewire your behavior, claim your needs and desires, and make confident choices that help you expand in your life.
During this unique boot camp, you’ll cultivate specific energy practices to optimize your energy body. Discover your needs, strengthen your energy field, and finally, own who you are with confidence. After this week, you’ll have new ways to take up your space, feel comfortable in your own skin, feel supported by life, and experience more joy. In these 5 days, you’ll connect to yourself on a somatic, mental, and emotional level with the help of essential subtle energetic practices that will impact and support all of these layers of you. You’ll leave feeling clearer, joyful, and inspired AF!
Ground
(Somatic Practices)
The foundation for all the work you’ll be doing this week lies in grounding techniques. These tools will help you regulate your nervous system and come back into your body when you feel yourself getting anxious, activated, or start to disassociate. You’ll also learn to recognize the physical patterns when you’re getting triggered (nausea, headaches, foggy, feeling faint or dizzy, etc.) to quickly self-regulate, come back into your body, and care for yourself in the moment. Grounding will help you feel safer in your own skin, comfortable around others, and more stable in general.
Boundaries
(Mental Practices)
Boundaries are essential for your mental, emotional and physical health. As a sensitive and empathic person, you probably find it very difficult to draw healthy lines in your relationships and are prone to absorbing energy that isn’t yours. You say “yes” when you mean “no” and often can feel drained by environments and other people. We’ll spend time discussing and examining where you stand with those closest to you and define your space so that you can thrive. Learn how to avoid taking in other people’s pain, how to stay energized around others, and how to feel confident in just saying “no.”
Flow
(Emotional Practices)
Once you’ve got a better ability to ground and assert yourself in your environment, you’ll receive a series of exercises to help you reach a flow state where you can grow and thrive. This is the place you want to be when it’s time to confront difficult situations or relationships in your life or when you need to make critical decisions. Learn how to healthily process stuck emotions so that you’ll feel more energy, power, and pleasure. When you’re in your flow, you’re able to expand. You’re more creative, spontaneous, present, intuitive and wise. This uplevels the choices you make, how you experience yourself and how you express yourself to the world.

Boundaries (Mental Practices)
Theory: Boundaries is our second pillar where you learn what kind of space you actually need to thrive. You’ll learn about your energy field and how to manage it in relation to others. Discover how you might twist, shapeshift, take on, give away or play small instead of holding the space that’s true for you. Find new ways to take up space and show up as you. Hone your skills to function as a healthy empath so that you’re free from taking on anyone else’s stress or pain and can stay with yourself.
Practices: Learn how to sense your own and others' energy fields, know when boundaries have been crossed, and manage and repair when this happens. Also, learn how to develop more self-trust and self-respect. Understand the unconscious parts of you that prevent you from having healthy boundaries. Finally, learn how to take up more space. This is your time to own your actual needs and desires and stay committed to your healthiest and most potent version of yourself. It’s time to strengthen your energy field and take up space as the most expanded and vibrant version of you.
Ground (Somatic Practices)
Theory: The first pillar is learning what grounding is (it’s so much more than you might think!) the difference between being in your body and when you’re not and how to bring yourself back when you “leave.” Find out what you need to stay more in your body, be aware of yourself, and be present in the moment. You’ll feel more stable, centered, and balanced.
Practices: We’ll use yoga, meditation, breathing, somatic exercises, and energy work. Learn practical grounding techniques that will help you when you feel overwhelmed, unbalanced, anxious, and stressed as well as how to cope with and transform mental, emotional or physical pain. Find out how to ground yourself quickly when you’re ungrounded and how to cultivate a deeper capacity over time. Discover a whole new level of ground in your body that you didn’t know was possible.
Flow (Emotional Practices)
Theory: The third pillar is Flow. To achieve flow you need your ground and healthy boundaries. Feel in your own body the difference between having blocks and a flow in your system and how this impacts you physically, mentally and emotionally. When you’re in flow, you can be spontaneous. You’re connected with your intuition and inner compass and can follow what feels truly right for you. This is your place to take exquisite risks that may not initially make sense to your rational self or to anyone else’s but this is you following you at your deepest current and you’ll be exactly where you’ve wanted and needed to be all along. You are a creative being and when you’re in flow you let go of caution, self-judgement or self-criticism and abandon yourself to the process of what you’re sensing. Your entire life is your creation.
Practices: We use somatic and energy practices to help you learn how to healthily process, transform, and utilize your emotions as power. Use Vision Quests to awaken your creativity, and energetic and psychic practices to develop more of an awareness of your intuitive and astral self. Use dance and vocal activation to help you feel, embody, and experience the flow that you are. This is your place to feel connected to yourself and to feel connected with life.

There’s a reason I’ve spent the better part of 20 years in Bali. Although I admit it’s changed since I first landed on its then-quiet streets, there’s still this special energy that I’ve not encountered anywhere else. There’s a reason why I keep coming back and why it’s truly home for me. It’s said that the Heart Chakra of the planet is near Ubud and to me the Balinese truly do live and communicate with their hearts. Ubud is a town of genuine care and friendliness.
Bali is a place of ceremony which happens all day long. The spirits are nurtured in Bali and there’s an extra aliveness and potency in the air. The veils between the worlds are thinner here and it’s a place to contact the more subtle and invisible realms. I’ve had my own initiations here over the years and Ubud is forever sacred to me for the gifts and support its continued to share with me.
I’d love for you to join me here in this special place of paddies, forests, monkeys, waterfalls, motorbikes, and hipster cafes. There’s a dynamic sacred energy that will spark and nourish you and surprise you in ways you can’t imagine. Some say Bali is where old souls meet. What you can expect every day
9:00-9:30 AM - Grounding
Meditation, Breathing, and Energy Practices to Drop in and meet yourself for the day. (The particular practice will vary on each day). This is essential as you’ll develop a routine that you can take home with you that will help you feel how you are in each moment and know how to ground and support yourself. You’ll learn how to connect to your back body and specific ways to develop more ground and land in you.
9:30-11:00 AM Morning Movement Practice
This will change each day and includes yoga, self-energy healing, dance, and somatic practices. You’ll understand how your body moves in space, refine your alignment and improve the quality of your movement. This is also where you’ll practice sensing your subtle energy body and develop a richer level of awareness of yourself. You also will discover how emotions are held in the body and what is needed to help them easefully flow. You’ll end each practice feeling much more grounded with more energy and power and a whole new level of yourself. Be prepared to sweat, play, and also be nourished and restored.
11:00-11:15 AM BREAK
11:15-12:30 PM Teaching & Lecture
This will include specific energy practices you’re learning how to understand, manage and strengthen your energy field.
Topics include:
Understanding your unique wiring and your energy field and what you need to do to care for it
Grounding and understanding when you’re in your body as well as how and why you leave
What you need to “come back” to your body
Boundaries - how to sense them in your body, what causes you to give them up, what you need to own your space.
Specific Energy practices to strengthen your energy field and how to clear and feel protected within yourselfHow to sense blocks in your body and transmute them
How to healthily process emotions and healthy pain management.
You’ll also learn practices to incorporate into your daily routine in how to manage and support your energy. Each day will have a specific theme that we will build on
12:30-2:00 PM Lunch
You’re welcome to stay onsite and eat at Swasti. The retreat center is nestled in a cute part of Ubud, with a few cafes within walking distance.
2:00-2:30 PM Debrief
Debrief and questions after lunch after morning sessions
2:30-5:00 PM Afternoon Sessions
Our afternoon sessions will vary each day and will deepen from the morning. Each day will include a group energy healing session which can include: working with your ancestors and understanding how the history you’ve inherited impacts your life, dissolving and transforming cords, practices including vision quests to develop and deepen your intuition, how to calm and support your nervous system, your ability to manifest what you want, working with grief, owning your needs and desires, as well as specific chakra balancing. We also will include sessions on vocal activation and working with voice as well as a full moon ceremony.
5:00 pm Go home and rest, eat, play, chill
You’ll want to keep your evenings spacious as the energy work will be happening even outside of our training. You might want to socialize with your new friends and go out to dinner or go and have a cozy quiet evening to yourself. Keep your time spacious so that you can follow what feels best to you and nurture yourself.

FAQs
Does the boot camp include accommodations?
Nope, to make the boot camp as affordable as possible, each participant will need to find housing that suits their particular financial situation. Swasti Eco Cottages is a wonderful place to stay and you can contact them directly to book a room.
How should I prepare before the boot camp?
Take care of all of the logistics that you need to do before our bootcamp starts so that you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. With that said, occasionally you may need to work before/after our day and that’s possible too. However, my recommendation is to give yourself time off to immerse yourself in your energetic up-leveling experience.
Please refrain from all drugs and plant medicines at least 2 weeks before and alcohol at least 3 days before. Eat as much whole food that’s low processed. Students often ask me about eating animals. Diet is very individual and above all, eat what’s healthiest for you and also kind to the planet when you can. When you can source free-range, sustainable products, please do so. Please do not fast during the training as you will be too ungrounded and the kind of work we’ll be doing will require you to be fully present.
What should I bring to the boot camp each day?
Comfy clothes, water, and water bottle (we provide water refills), a notebook, pen and of course an open mind. :-) There’s a cafe on site where you can grab a juice, tea or snack as needed.
What kind of energy practices will you learn?
The subtle energy work for this boot camp is a creative synthesis with elements from biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shamanic practices, the Barbara Brennan School, 20+ years of professional experience plus the gifts and magic that I was born with. You’ll learn how to manage your own energetic system in a unique and powerful way.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before August 5th, you get a full refund.
If you cancel after August 5th but before September 15th (the first day of the boot camp) you’ll get a refund for 50%. The other 50% can be used as credit for future training, retreats, or private sessions with me.
If you cancel after the boot camp starts, I won’t be able to give you a refund.
Where is the training located?
In beautiful, Ubud, Bali, at Swasti Eco Cottages.
Do I need any previous experience?
No, you don’t. What’s most important is that you’re willing, enthusiastic, and show up. This is a powerful bootcamp that is both fun and life-changing and is designed to support you where you are. These 5 days will change your year. We will do some meditation to help you focus during sessions. Some meditation experiences, energy practices, or yoga can be helpful but aren’t mandatory. Come prepared for something new!
Can I have alcohol or caffeine during the training?
No alcohol 3 days before the training, none during, and refrain for at least a couple of days afterwards please.. Caffeine is ok in moderate amounts as long as you don’t get anxiety from it or are ungrounded. You might prefer caffeine from tea over coffee, that’s up to you. Some students opt to go off of caffeine for the time as well. If you do this, please wean yourself off for a few days so that you don’t have withdrawal symptoms (headaches, grumpiness, aches) during our training.
