Each episode is approximately 20-25 minutes long and includes a mix of theory, meditation, and embodied movement practices to help you integrate the concepts into your daily life.

What you can expect every day
9:00 AM - Movement & Meditation
This is your space to drop into your body. Each practiceI teach will change each day to meet your needs and it will include practices of self-energy healing, asana, breathwork and meditation. .
9:45-10:45: Lecture
This hour introduces the material of what you’ll be practicing in the morning. You will learn about the energy field, your ability to sense, the power of perception, each chakra, the astral field, and much more.
10:45-11:30: Demo and Q&A
This is where you observe a demo of the work. What’s extraordinary is that you’re not just observing, you’re also experiencing the work yourself. This is a way to see how the energy work happens in real time and also how every person might require a different approach, You’ll have space to ask questions here as well.
11:30-1:00 pm Practice Sessions
This is essential as your practice and experiential time will teach you the most. You’ll take turns giving and receiving sessions with one another. You’ll also get individual feedback and support from me as well.
You’ll practice energy work using massage tables as well as on the floor. You’ll learn how to work in a slower brainwave state so expect to be very relaxed a lot this week.
1:00-1:45 PM - Lunch and Chill Time
Lunch is included in the course and is catered by some of our amazing chefs and restaurants in Ubud. Expect to east some of the tastiest and freshect food you’ve ever had
1:45-2:15 PM Debrief on Morning Sessions, Check-In
Check In on how your session went with your partner. This is your Q&A time to see how the morning went and to share discoveries and questions.
2:15-3:00 PM Afternoon Lecture
We introduce the afternoon energetic modality here. The topics will range from the practices you’re learning working with the body from the feet, knees, sacrum, solar plexus, heart, throat, head and back. We’ll also discuss specific bones of the head and face as well as work with the 7 chakras of the body.. You’ll learn how to work off-body and on body as your energy field is not just your body, it’s the space around it. We’ll also delve into ancestral practices, past lives, and entity clearing which will also be its own adventure on its own.
3:00-3:30pm Demo
A live demo of the work you’re about to practice. You’ll also see how to give a session and meet someone’s needs. We will always be trying to practice the material we’re learning and yet the real work is always meeting someone where they are and what is truly needed. This is also a place where you get to receive an energy healing if you’re the one in the demo. Since we are all in the Field during the work, everyone receives a healing during the demo.
3:30-5:00 pm Afternoon Practice Session
Your exquisite practice time. You’ll be changing partners throughout the course to learn to work with different people and different circumstances. You’ll be very relaxed during these days. Part of my job is making sure that you can also integrate all of the work that’s happening without it being too much so I will pace out how many practices that you’re giving and receiving.
Sessions usually end around 5pm. Depending on what is needed with the group, we might finish with another meditation, movement practice, vision quest or group energy session.
5:00 pm Go home and rest, eat, play, chill
You’ll want to keep your evenings spacious as the energy work will be happening even outside of our training. You might want to socialize with your new friends and go out to dinner or go and have a cozy quiet evening to yourself. Keep your time spacious so that you can follow what feels best to you and nurture yourself

FAQs
Does the retreat include accommodations?
Nope, to make the retreat as affordable as possible, each participant will need to find housing that suits their particular financial situation.
How should I prepare before the training?
Take care of all of the logistics that you need to do before our training starts so that you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. With that said, occasionally students will still need to work before/after our day and that’s possible too however my recommendation is to give yourself time off so that you can immerse yourself in your energetic upleveling experience.
Please refrain from all drugs and plant medicines one month before and alcohol at least 7 days before. Eat as much whole food that’s low processed. Students often ask me about eating animals. Diet is very individual and above all, eat what’s healthiest for you and also kind to the planet when you can. When you can source free-range, sustainable products, please do so.
Please do not fast during the training as you will be too ungrounded and the kind of work we’ll be doing will require you to be fully present.
What should I bring to the retreat each day?
Comfy clothes, water, and water bottle (we provide water refills), a notebook, pen and of course an open mind. :-) There’s a cafe on site where you can grab a juice, tea or snack as needed.
You’ll receive a manual as well.
What kind of energy healing will you learn?
This training is a creative synthesis with elements from biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shamanic practices, the Barbara Brennan School, 20+ years of professional experience plus the gifts and magic that I was born with. You’ll learn how to manage your own energetic system as well as that’s essential to understand how to work with someone else’s.
Where is the training located?
In beautiful, Ubud, Bali, at the brand new Juicy Effect - Wellbeing and Helaing Center.
Will I get a certificate when it’s over?
Yep. All participants that successfully complete the 2-week course will get an official certificate from my Kabira Energy School. You will also be able to register with the IEHA (the International Energy Healer’s Association where my school is affiliated).
Do I need any previous experience?
No, you don’t. What’s most important is that you’re willing, enthusiastic, and show up. This is a powerful training that is both fun and life-changing and it’s one of my favorite trainings to teach. These 2 weeks will change your year.
We will do some meditation to help you focus during sessions. Some meditation experience or yoga can be helpful but isn’t mandatory.
Can I have alcohol or caffeine during the training?
No alcohol one week before the training, none during, and none for one week after. Caffeine is ok in moderate amounts as long as you don’t get anxiety from it or are ungrounded. Some students opt to go off of caffeine for the time as well. If you do this, please wean yourself off for a few days so that you don’t have withdrawal symptoms (headaches, grumpiness, aches) during our training.
It has been an incredible journey with Cat in the Energy Training. I have spent at least 20 traveling and studying ancient wisdom teachings.
