About The Facilitator
Cat Kabira (E-RYT500, MVP) is an an internationally renowned yoga instructor and energetic healer with over 20 years of professional experience. She has taught thousands of students and trained hundreds of yoga teachers and healers across the world.
She started her yoga, energetic and meditation practices in 1997 as a way to heal from eating disorders. She found these practices integral in transforming sexual, emotional and physical abuse.
As a founding teacher of Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, she was integral in launching the international yoga scene in Southeast Asia, then spread across the world. Her expertise includes Yin Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest, Nidra, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. Her practice diversified into cranioscopal therapy, somatic, psychology, shamanic and energetic arts as well as Pilates, dance, Gyrotonic Expansion Method, and functionlal training.
Her current teachings are a synergy of her years of expertise, practice, study and integrated wisdom.
